Our family's olive groves are located in the western Peloponnese region, very close to the site of Ancient Olympia. This mythical area has offered the ideal climatic conditions for olive trees to thrive since ancient times, making EVOO a staple in everyday Greek life.

Crafted using only the finest Koroneiki olives, our EVOOs boast a medium taste intensity and high fruitiness that pairs beautifully with salads, cooked dishes, and more. The slight burning sensation at the back of your throat and the bitterness on your tongue are telltale signs of the antioxidants working their magic.

Certified as 100% Greek extra virgin, our oils are unrefined, non-GMO, and free from harmful chemicals, BPA, and pesticides. As a rich source of monounsaturated fatty acids and polyphenols, they help reduce "bad" (LDL) cholesterol and the risk of heart disease, supporting your overall health.

Carefully hand-harvested in October/November when the olives are still yellowish-green, our EVOOs exhibit exceptional levels of polyphenols (400+ mg/kg), vitamin E, oleocanthal, and hydroxytyrosol. This labor-intensive process, though low-yielding, ensures the preservation of these precious nutrients.

Our production process is committed to upholding traditional olive-growing methods, eschewing heavy machinery and harmful chemicals. We use organic compost and natural pest control to nurture our groves, and our animal-free, fully-vegan process ensures our oils are suitable for all dietary needs.
